For those of you who have had family members recently move in, please review the following information on our communication system:
Communication is essential during these times; the North Dakota Veterans Home uses the One Call Now system to send out alerts and notices. Messages will be sent via text, phone, and email.
- If you prefer to receive your messages, please text Alert to 22300.
- When receiving phone calls, the caller ID will show our main number 701-683-6500.
- When receiving text messages, the ID will be 22300.
- To make it easier to identify our messages, we suggest saving the contact numbers and labeling them as NDVH on your phone.
While we can have visitors, we ask anyone who feels ill or has any symptoms of COVID-19 to postpone their visit and get tested before visiting. Also, before visiting your loved one, please sign in at the kiosk at the front entrance. Together, we can all prevent the spread of the virus into our Homes.
